Equipment Pick Up
When: Monday, March 8th from 5:30 to 7:00pm.
Where: By the Red Quad at the field complex at 1585 and Milwaukee.
Who: If one of the coaches from your team cannot come, please send another representative from your team.
If you did not sign-up for equipment at the Coaches’ Meeting, please send James Nesmith (jnesmith@amaonline.com) an email by Saturday, 3/6, so that he can have an equipment bag ready for you. He’ll need; Coaches’ Name, Team Name, Age Division, phone #, email, and equipment needed. Choices of equipment are; practice balls, bats, batting helmets, catcher’s gear, and throw bases. Only indicate the equipment you need, you do not have to take all equipment choices.
Be prepared to bring a deposit check with you for your issued equipment. $150 for equipment and bag without catcher’s gear. $250 if you are using league catcher’s gear. This is a deposit check that will be held and only cashed if the equipment is not returned at the end of the season by the scheduled return date. No equipment will be issued without a deposit check.
